Laura is a Registered Dietitian who completed her Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of Guelph and her practicum training at Brescia College. Prior to studying dietetics, Laura studied psychology for 2 years at Wilfrid Laurier University, which has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of and passion for the connection between nutrition and mental wellness. Laura is committed to providing evidence-based and patient-centred care to individuals with a diverse range of health goals. Laura enjoys building relationships with clients, solving complex problems, and collaborating with the health care team to ensure clients receive the best care possible.
