Adi enjoys working with anyone trying to reach the next level in their athletic performance – regardless of where they are at. A Registered Kinesiologist, Adi completed his BSc in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Waterloo. Adi draws on his own lived experience with elite training as a current semi-professional soccer player in the UPSL premier soccer division in New York State. He has first-hand experience in exercise prescription for people who have injuries due to motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability and prehabilitation programming. Adi works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team at CARESPACE to develop personalized plans helping clients of all levels to help them reach their goals.
